Dear Colleagues,
It is the first time that any institution in Nepal is hosting a conference in the fields of Biomaterials, Medical Devices and Tissue Engineering.
The Organising Committee, along with College of Biomedical Engineering and Applied Sciences, Nepal, Society of Biomaterials and Artificial Organs, India and Society for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine, India are feeling great enthusiasm towards this Conference and have been making huge preparations.
Nepal, being perhaps the world's most beautiful country with the great Himalayas, Architectural and Cultural History, is one of the most sought-after destinations. This conference will be a very valid reason to visit the country along with the scientific activities of the conference.
On the website, you can find the required details for planning your trip. You can get all the information required to our social programme, tours, early registration and submission of your abstracts.
We expect excellent and innovative papers in the scientific session. You can always contact the Secretary to the organising committee for any special requirements you might have.
The meeting is yours and your contribution, either by attending or by presentation, will be the basis of success of the conference. We, on our part, pledge to make you feel very homely and assist you in every way during your stay in Nepal.
Kathmandu, Nepal is waiting for you!!!

Dear Colleagues,
As the conference is coming nearer, you must be gearing up for Nepal visit. The organising committee is also preparing and eagerly waiting to welcome you in Kathmandu.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that November is the peak tourist season in Nepal and getting flight tickets might not be easy. Hence, it will be advisable to book your ticket now.
I would also like to remind you to register for the conference (if you already have not done so) as seats are limited and spot registration might be difficult. Please indicate your accommodation requirement from the list given in the conference website.
Participants wishing to present oral or poster presentations should send the abstract in the given format via the abstract upload page of the website. You will be required to send full papers, once your abstracts have been accepted, so that they can be sent for publication in reputed journals.
Thanking you and hoping to see you all in Kathmandu in November 2008.
