It is with great pleasure that we announce an international conference in 'Medical materials, Devices and Regenerative Medicine' for the first time in Nepal. The conference will be held on 23-24 November 2008 in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. There will be a post conference workshop on November 25, 2008. Professor Dr. David F. Williams has very kindly consented to be the key note speaker.

The Organising Committee, along with College of Biomedical Engineering and Applied Sciences, Nepal, Society of Biomaterials and Artificial Organs, India and Society for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine, India are feeling great enthusiasm towards this Conference and have been making huge preparations.

Nepal, being perhaps the world's most beautiful country with the great Himalayas, Architectural and Cultural History, is one of the most sought-after destinations. This conference will be a very valid reason to visit the country while participating in the scientific activities of the conference.
